Visual Routine Subscriptions and Purchases
Professor Ary: Visual Routine has a useful free experience and three optional Routines+ purchase choices. The App Store screen in the app is the authoritative source for your local price, tax, trial eligibility, and billing terms.
Purchase choices
- Monthly: an automatically renewing one-month subscription with no introductory trial.
- Annual: an automatically renewing one-year subscription. Eligible accounts may see a two-week introductory free trial.
- Lifetime: a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks the supported Routines+ entitlement without a recurring subscription.
Routines+ unlocks unlimited active routines and steps within fair-use limits, the complete visual library, multiple children, full history, more custom photos and recordings, premium exports, widgets, Live Activity, and enhanced shortcuts. Free continues to work locally without an account or ads.
Trial and renewal
Apple decides trial eligibility. If the App Store purchase sheet offers a trial, it begins when you confirm the purchase and converts to the displayed annual price unless you cancel before the trial ends. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled through Apple at least 24 hours before the current period ends, subject to Apple's current rules. The app does not infer eligibility or hard-code a price.
Restore purchases
Open Settings → Routines+ → Restore Purchases while using the same Apple Account that made the purchase. A restore should not charge you again.
If restore does not work, confirm network access, the Apple Account, and that the purchase appears in Apple's purchase history. Then email professoraryapp@gmail.com with the app version and the product type. Do not send receipts containing personal information unless support specifically requests a privacy-safe item.
Manage or cancel
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Professor Ary: Visual Routine. Cancellation stops a subscription from renewing; access normally continues until the paid period ends. Apple handles billing and refund decisions.
Cancel through Apple separately. A lifetime purchase has no renewal to cancel.
Expiry and offline use
The app periodically asks Apple and RevenueCat to refresh entitlement status. A previously verified entitlement may remain available for a limited offline period, then refresh when the device reconnects. The app does not delete older local canonical records solely because access changes.
