Privacy Policy for Professor Ary: Visual Routine

Professor Ary: Visual Routine is a caregiver-led visual routine app. The free experience works offline without an account.

Data stored on your device

The app may store child profiles, routine and step text, schedules, reminders, routine history, preferences, custom photos, and voice cues in private app storage and a local database.

Widgets, Live Activities, and notifications receive only the minimum state needed to work. Lock-screen wording is neutral by default and does not include a child's name or custom routine text.

Purchases

Apple processes subscriptions and the lifetime purchase through the App Store. RevenueCat processes an app user identifier, Apple transaction and receipt information, product identifiers, and entitlement status so the app can grant and restore Routines+. We do not receive or store payment-card details.

Sharing and export

Share a privacy-safe routine preview without including a child’s name, history, photos, or voice recordings.

Imports are previewed and validated before they change local data.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

The app contains no advertising SDK and does not use data for advertising, cross-app tracking, behavioral profiling, or child analytics. It does not request App Tracking Transparency permission.

Professor Ary sends minimal first-party product analytics to an isolated Professor Ary endpoint using a random app-scoped installation ID and an ephemeral session ID. Only allowlisted categorical events (app and routine funnel, export or share, and purchase outcome) plus app version, build, locale, and access tier are sent. Child, routine, or household content; names; text; schedules; media; IDFA; and IDFV are never sent. Analytics is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking. Raw events are retained for 45 days; longer reporting uses only privacy-thresholded aggregate counts. Deleting app data resets the installation ID and the pending analytics outbox.

Retention and deletion

Local information remains until an adult deletes it in the app or removes the app and its data from the device.

Children and adult controls

The app is designed for adults to prepare and supervise routines for children. The app has no child-facing social features, advertising, or public profiles.

Service providers and legal requests

RevenueCat verifies purchase entitlement. We may disclose information if legally required or to protect users and the service, and we do not sell personal information.
