Terms of Use for Professor Ary: Visual Routine

These terms apply to Professor Ary: Visual Routine and its support services. By downloading or using the app, the adult account holder accepts these terms and Apple's applicable Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Caregiver-led use

Visual Routine is an organization and communication aid. It is not medical, psychological, educational, safety, or emergency advice; it does not diagnose or treat a condition; and it does not guarantee a child's behavior or outcome. An adult remains responsible for supervision, decisions, schedules, device access, and any activity shown in a routine. Do not rely on a timer, reminder, widget, or notification for safety-critical timing.

Accounts and acceptable use

The free app does not require an account.

Do not use the app or service to break the law, infringe rights, distribute harmful or executable content, bypass access controls, probe other users' data, overwhelm shared infrastructure, or publish personal information without authority. We may restrict abusive access to protect users and the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of routine text, photos, audio, and other content you add. You confirm that you have the right to use and share the content and that an adult has made the relevant privacy choices for children.

Purchases and renewal

Apple processes all payments. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subject to Apple's current terms. Any introductory trial is available only when Apple marks the account eligible and converts to the displayed annual price unless canceled. The lifetime product is a one-time, non-consumable purchase for the supported Routines+ entitlement. Prices, taxes, refunds, billing, and family-sharing eligibility are controlled by Apple and the storefront.

Availability and changes

We may fix, change, suspend, or retire a feature for security, legal, platform, or operational reasons while respecting purchases and applicable law.

Intellectual property

The app, Professor Ary characters and branding, bundled illustrations, software, and curated content are protected by intellectual-property law. These terms grant a personal, non-transferable right to use the app; they do not transfer ownership or permit resale, scraping, reverse engineering where prohibited, or commercial redistribution of bundled assets.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app and service are provided without warranties beyond rights that cannot be excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, lost data, missed reminders, or decisions made from a routine or timer. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination and governing rules

We may suspend service access for serious abuse, security threats, or legal requirements. Apple's App Store terms and the mandatory laws of your place of residence continue to apply. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue.
